What are your hours?

Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Sunday, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed Monday.

Do I need a reservation to come in?

No. Walk in any time we are open for bakery items, coffee, and tea. Reservations are only required for Afternoon Tea.

Where are you located?

1329 University Ave, Unit B, Huntsville, TX 77340.

What holidays are you closed?

Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day. We reopen the Tuesday following New Year’s Day. We are open on Easter Sunday.

What do you have in the case?

Cakes, cake by the slice, cupcakes, cookies, bars, pastries, and sweet breads. The selection rotates with what comes out of the oven that day.

Can I order ahead?

Yes. Single-flavor cupcake dozens and larger orders are best placed at least 24 hours in advance. Call us at (936) 439-4066.

Do you have gluten free or other dietary options?

We bake a limited selection of gluten free items. Our kitchen is not allergen-free, and we cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens. If you have a serious allergy, please talk to us before ordering.

What time should I come for the best selection?

Earlier in the day. Popular items sell out.

Do I need a reservation? 

Yes. Afternoon Tea is by reservation only so we can prepare each table.

When are the seatings? 

Tuesday through Friday at 1:30 PM, Saturday at 2:00 PM, and Sunday at 12:30 PM.

How much is it?

$40 per person. Kids Afternoon Tea is $22.

How long does it last?

About 90 minutes. Service is comfortably paced and there is no rush.

Can I come in for tea without a reservation?

Yes. Cream Tea is $15 and needs no reservation. It is a lighter service with scones, clotted cream, jam, and a pot of tea, available any time we are open.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

With 48 hours notice we are happy to move your reservation to another date, one time. Within 48 hours, reservations cannot be changed or refunded because food and staffing are already arranged.

Are children welcome?

Yes. Kids Afternoon Tea is designed with younger guests in mind and can be booked at any seating.

What if someone in my party has a food allergy?

Substitutions may be available with advance notice. Please tell us when you book. Our kitchen is not allergen-free.

How large a party can you book?

We can seat groups of most sizes by arranging tables together. For parties of 8 or more, contact us before booking so we can set the room up for you.

How much is a custom cake?

Celebration cakes start at $150. Wedding and sculpted cakes start at $500. Final pricing depends on size, design details, and flavors.

How far ahead should I order?

At least two weeks for celebration, number, and doll cakes. Three weeks for sculpted cakes. Six weeks for wedding cakes. Sugar flowers need three weeks minimum.

Do you deliver?

No. All custom cakes are pickup only.

Do you offer tastings?

We do not schedule tastings. Stop in during bakery hours and try our flavors from the case.

How do I book?

Send us an inquiry with your date, guest count, and any inspiration photos. Our team reviews the design and follows up with a quote. A non-refundable 50% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due two weeks before your event.

Can I change my date?

One date change is allowed with at least 72 hours notice.

Will my cake look exactly like my photo?

Every cake is made by hand. We are happy to work from inspiration photos and will make the design our own. Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly.

Can I book the bakery for a private event?

Yes. Events are hosted after retail hours, and Monday events can be scheduled any time of day.

What does it cost?

Signature Dessert Gathering is $30 per person, $35 on Saturday. Tea Gathering Experience is $45 per person, $50 on Saturday. Both include reserved seating with table service, setup, and cleanup.

How many guests can you hold?

Fifteen guest minimum, up to 45 guests.

Can I rent the space without food?

Yes. $250 for a three-hour block, $75 per additional hour.

Can we bring alcohol?

Beer and wine are welcome. Guests bring and remove their own, and no alcohol is sold on site.

How do I reserve?

A 50% deposit reserves your date. Contact us to talk through the details.

Do you offer classes?

Yes. Baking and decorating classes are offered throughout the year. Dates and registration are announced here and on our social channels.
