At Baking Sweet Memories, everything is prepared with care and intention. The notes below help us create a relaxed, thoughtful experience for every guest.

Reservations

Afternoon Tea and select events require reservations.

Because each reservation is prepared specifically for your table, payment is required at the time of booking.

Afternoon Tea reservations are limited each day so we can prepare each table with care.

Parties larger than 8 should contact us in advance so we can arrange seating.

Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

With 48 hours or more notice, we’re happy to reschedule your reservation to a future date, limited to one reschedule.

Within 48 hours, reservations cannot be canceled or rescheduled, as food and staffing have already been arranged.

Payments are non-refundable. Missed reservations are treated the same way.

Thank you for understanding. This allows us to prepare thoughtfully for each guest.

Arrival

We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can settle in and enjoy the space.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you while keeping service smooth for other guests.

Menu & Dietary Notes

Menu selections may vary by season or week.

Food substitutions may be available with advance notice.

While we take care with ingredients, our kitchen is not allergen-free.

If you have allergies or dietary concerns, please reach out before booking.

Children & Guests

Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. We kindly ask that all guests help maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere so everyone can enjoy their visit.

Walk-In Visits

During regular bakery hours, guests are welcome to stop in for tea, coffee, and bakery items from our daily case selection.

Cream Tea, our lighter scone-focused service, is available walk-in during retail hours with no reservation needed.

Walk-in seating is first-come, first-served and subject to availability.

Events & Classes

Hosted events include food and 

beverages as outlined during booking.

Private space rentals without food service are available upon request.

Class registrations are non-refundable, as supplies and preparation are arranged in advance.

Photography

Casual photography is welcome.

Professional or commercial photography must be approved in advance.
