 The bakery runs on what comes out of this oven. Cases full by open, the smell of it hitting the door, regulars who come in for one specific thing and expect it to be there. That is this job.

What you'd do

• Bake the daily case: pastries, breads, cookies, and case cakes, all baked in house
• Own the morning production list and hit it before we open
• Hold every recipe to the same standard so a regular's favorite tastes the same every time
• Run prep, mise en place, and rotation so nothing runs short or goes to waste
• Help train the part-time baker and keep the kitchen clean and safe

You'll fit if

• You've baked in a production kitchen and can work a morning list without hand-holding
• Early starts don't scare you, this is a pre-dawn role
• You take pride in consistency, not just a good day
• You want to help build a program, not just clock in

Good to know

• Full-time, about 40 hours a week, early mornings
• We cover your Certified Food Manager course, required within 90 days
• Room to grow with training and classes

• Prep ingredients and keep stations stocked and clean
• Learn our recipes and hold them to the same standard every batch
• Cover key morning tasks so the case is full by open

• You have some baking experience, or fast hands and a faster learning curve
• You're reliable at early hours
• You want to grow your baking in a working kitchen

Good to know

• Part-time, about 20 hours a week, early mornings
• Food Handler certificate required within 30 days

 Baking Sweet Memories is a little bakery with big flavor: pastries and espresso in the morning, lunch midday, and afternoon tea by reservation. The counter is where all of it meets the people who came in for it. That counter is you.

What you'd do

• Make our tea drinks and specialty lattes once we've trained you, no experience needed, we teach the drinks
• Run the register and take care of every guest who walks up
• Help plate and serve lunch and afternoon tea
• Learn the regulars, their orders, and their names
• Keep the front clean, stocked, and looking good

You'll fit if

• You're warm with people and steady when it gets busy
• You show up on time and take the work seriously
• You want to learn coffee, tea, and service, we teach all of it
• No café experience? Apply anyway. We hire for who you are and train the rest.

 A clean bakery is a working bakery. The Porter keeps it that way: dishes done, tables cleared, the back of house reset so bakers bake and the counter serves. Nothing runs without you.

What you'd do

• Wash dishes and keep the dish area clean and moving
• Bus and reset tables during service
• Take out trash, break down boxes, and keep floors and back of house clean
• Restock and run things where they're needed during a rush

You'll fit if

• You're reliable and you move, this is an on-your-feet, hands-on job
• You take pride in a clean, orderly space
• You don't need experience, just show up and work

Good to know

• Part-time, about 24 hours a week
• Physical role: standing, lifting, and steady motion through the shift
• A real path to cross-train onto the counter or baker if you want to grow
